Greenville County Square Redevelopment Plan

Greenville County Square Redevelopment Plan

of

Cooper Robertson served as the master planner for a $1.1 billion redevelopment of 37 acres of property located along University Ridge in downtown Greenville. The redeveloped County Square municipal office center is scheduled to have a combined total of 3 million square feet of new Class A office, retail, hotel, residential, and public space and includes a new County Square administration building designed by Foster + Partners.

The redevelopment will be a vibrant extension of downtown Greenville, and is planned to contribute to the already robust local economy. The design delivers a walkable environment that supports local business growth, in addition to providing a distinctive new public realm – all in keeping with the charm inherent to downtown Greenville.
