The design carefully plans out the growth of this 400,000 sf community hospital over the next 15 years. The plan anticipates the incremental expansion of the hospital to 620,000 square feet and the placement and massing of new structures within the hilly terrain to clarify the arrival sequence, maintain the open character of the landscape, and mitigate potential impacts to the surrounding community.
