As part of the implementation of the Cooper Robertson master plan, we designed condominium apartment buildings for the last two full-block parcels in Celebration’s Town Center. Following the typical Celebration block typology, the buildings wrap the block’s perimeter providing street front building entrances and parking in individual garages accessed from the courtyard. Designed in a contemporary Floridian Cracker style, the 120 apartments units are one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and duplexes.
