Sitting on the highest ridge of the 60-acre estate, the riding compound has sweeping views of the countryside. Set behind a high gabled façade, the central barn contains an Olympic-size riding ring, a monumental space spanned by a unique composite truss of laminated wood, steel, and wire rope, lit by a continuous roof lantern skylight. A single story wing on one side contains tack room, offices, stables, and a separate hay barn; while on the other side are groom's quarters, the manager's residence, and guest changing rooms. A two-story teahouse, connected by a long porch, ends the complex.
