In addition to the master plan for the new community of WaterColor, Cooper, Robertson has designed many of the buildings within the town center and throughout town including the area’s firehouse. Built in a southern vernacular style with wide porches, ample overhanging metal shed roofs, and a central tower, the building is both a state-of-the-art facility with a three-bay fire engine garage as well as a house complete with community meeting space indoors.
