The quality of Cooper, Robertson’s master plan for the International Trade Center prompted the Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company to consolidate all of its east coast operations into a single facility here. The building houses all non-corporate functions and facilities in one building including laboratories, production, assembly, distribution, offices, an employee cafeteria, a fitness center, and a company store.
