This 22-story residential building was the first built to New York City’s "Housing Quality" standards calling for streetwalls, day-lit corridors, large apartments, and abundant amenities such as roof terraces, laundry rooms, and in-house fitness facilities. On the corner of 86th Street and Broadway, this apartment complex has all of these components plus retail shops at street level.
