This mixed-use development of five buildings, located on one of the Capitol's most prominent sites, was conceived as a single entity which creates 250,000 square feet of office space, a 250-room luxury hotel with conference rooms, 190 apartments, and 45,000 square feet of retail space and underground parking while integrating four existing landmark buildings and an important monument.
