With over 37 years of management and financial experience in both small companies and large international businesses, Tony has done almost every job in accounting from his first job at a large international accounting firm to private practice. He has been the CFO for marketing and distribution businesses, financial services comapnies, nursing homes, as well as a construction materials supply company, where he oversaw revenue totaling over $200 million annually and set up a holding company operation. Following this, Tony spent two years as the CFO for a $25 million company providing recording, duplicating, design, and packaging for the music industry. During his tenure, he organized all financial and banking functions in need of continual organization due to the company’s ongoing growth. Most recently, Tony spent nine years as the CFO and strategic planner to a 100-person architectural and engineering firm primarily serving the wireless telecommunication industry. In 2004, Tony completed a doctoral studies program with a concentration in organizational structure, behavior, and change management, completing his dissertation on “Managing Change in an Entrepreneurial Environment.” Tony is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
