Director of Administration
Ralph joined the firm in 1988 and is responsible for facilities management, human resources, benefit administration, and office management. As the firm has grown substantially over the years, so have Ralph's roles and responsibilities. He handles all of it with grace, kindness, intelligence, and a sense of humor. Prior to joining Cooper, Robertson, he held a similar position with the National Association of Printers and Lithographers (NAPL).
