Michael is an architect with extensive experience designing and managing complex projects for institutional, private, and public clients. Michael served as project manager for a campus master plan for Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and a feasibility study for the Yale School of Management's new campus. He is responsible for design and project management for Museum Park Miami, a 24-acre public park on Biscayne Bay, and campus master plans for the University of Miami, Georgetown University, and SUNY Stony Brook. Prior to joining Cooper, Robertson, Michael was an architect with the National Capital Authority of Australia (Canberra) where he managed the initial stages of the National Aerospace Center, designed the National Capital Exhibition Building, and worked on master plans for the National Gallery of Art and the National Museum of Australia. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame with honors and pursued additional coursework at l'Université de Paris VIII, l’École de Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris, and at Princeton University. He received his Doctorate from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
