Since joining the firm in 1986, Michel has served as senior urban designer and architect on new town developments, large urban infill projects, and residential architecture. His work includes the award-winning master plan and town center buildings for EuroDisney's Val d'Europe community outside Paris as well as two new towns in Florida: Celebration and Watercolor. He also led the design work on the Downtown Alliance Streetscape Project in Lower Manhattan. A native of Quebec, Michel worked in Montreal prior to coming to New York. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Universite de Montreal and his Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University.
