Bill is an architect with considerable experience with cultural and educational institutions. Joining the firm in 1994, he has played a key role in the planning, design, and management for the Gettysburg Battlefield Museum & Visitor Center, the Site and Facilities Plan for George Washington’s Mount Vernon, the Museum of Modern Art expansion program, and the renovation and expansion plans for the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Seattle Art Museum, the New York State Theater at Lincoln Center, and the Art Institute of Chicago. His university projects include the University of California Santa Cruz Long Range Development Plan, the Columbia University School of Social Work, the Maine Center for the Arts, as well as master plan updates for CUNY Hunter College and CUNY College of Staten Island, and planning studies for Yale University. A LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Society of College and University Planning, Bill received his Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
