    Cooper, Robertson's designed this state-of-the-art academic facility for CUNY Hunter College. The building broke ground on November 16, 2009 in an official ceremony presided over by New York Governor David Paterson, CUNY Chancellor Matthew Goldstein, and Hunter College President Jennifer Raab. The sustainably-designed building targeting a LEED-Silver rating will rise on Third Avenue between 118th and 119th Streets in Manhattan. When the new complex opens in September 2011, it will house the School of Social Work, the CUNY School of Public Health, and the library and archives for the Center for Puerto Rican Studies.
