    Adding to its decades-long design work at Celebration (including the town's master plan and numerous buildings), Cooper, Robertson's more recent work at Celebration includes this new 3-story office building in a Miami Art Deco style. Incorporating significant sustainable features in its design, the building is targeted for LEED Silver certification. To reduce energy used to cool the building, the walls and roof are light-colored and the windows are high efficiency. Significant water conservation is achieved through waterless urinals, dual flush toilets, and water-efficient landscaping. Construction materials incorporate recycled content and were produced in the region. And since the building is located on bus and bicycle routes, tenants do not have to drive their cars to work.
