    Located on the ground floor of an Upper East Side New York townhouse, the Vanessa Noel Flagship Store was designed in response to Vanessa's primary requirement - to display her shoes as works of art in an elegant, contemporary gallery setting. The custom-designed shelf systems were hung from a continuous metal picture rail, as in a gallery. The merchandise is further highlighted by the refined, stainless steel track lighting system and the walls' subtle color palette. A columned and draped arcade, back-lit glass, and mirrored walls draw customers from the front to the enfilade of showrooms beyond. Lacquered columns and millwork add a luxurious luminescence.
