    Cooper, Robertson designed the new space for the Museum in its planned move from Museum Mile on upper Fifth Avenue downtown to the historic Tweed Courthouse in City Hall Park in Lower Manhattan. The new museum design creates an important gateway for visitors and a vibrant setting for residents to learn about the City and gather in its public spaces. The building would also house New York & Co., the official visitors bureau for the City, and a restaurant.
