    Centrally located between WaterColor's entrance and the town center, the clubhouse has a deep veranda that wraps around the entire building, providing shade and shelter. Lawn terraces allow for casual seating to watch exhibition play on the western court, while a small green accesses four tennis courts to the south. The site, the landscape, and the building were all designed by the firm.
