    Cooper, Robertson designed the Mail and Bike Center located in Marina Park near WaterColor's amphitheater and boathouse. The building is the hub for all mail and package deliveries to WaterColor's town center residents as well as a hub for a town-wide bike share program. In a side section of the interior and in the adjacent yard outside there are several hundred bicycles that residents and guests may borrow. Miles of trails circumnavigate the community and converge at the Mail and Bike Center, which serves as the main trail head for the town.
