    The firm's fourth design for H.E.L.P., an innovative not-for-profit builder and operator of transitional housing, this apartment building is H.E.L.P.'s first high-rise. In addition to providing permanent housing for low-income and formerly homeless families, the facility contains three floors of support services including a day care center, library, computer classrooms, counseling offices, and a medical suite; mixed-use recreational areas which double as spaces for gatherings and meetings; and outdoor recreational spaces.
