    Cooper, Robertson prepared the master plan and designed the 18 buildings for this 22-acre outdoor retail center that is the symbolic gateway to the town of Celebration. Key components of the plan are a park green surrounded by a pergola, an open market structure, convenient, adjacent parking fields, and a rational road and pedestrian system that is easy to navigate.
