20 kilometers southwest of Moscow along the Moscow-Kaluga Federal Highway, this upscale residential community helps meet the demand for growth in the Moscow area while providing a town with higher quality infrastructure, open space, design features, and amenities than are currently available in the region. The village plan is comprised of 479 single-family homes, 261 town homes, infrastructure, open spaces, and an array of recreational, academic, and retail buildings, all of which will be located amid the site's rolling landscape of existing mature orchards and hedgerows, carefully preserved natural treasures from the site's past as an agricultural institute. Water run-off from the streets will be collected and filtered back into the streams, ponds, and fishing lake on the site.
