• Potomac Yard Master Plan

    Alexandria, Virginia

    This master plan for 30 city blocks on a former rail yard in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia, provides detailed design guidelines for new housing and commercial mixed-use development. Cooper, Robertson has been working with the city off and on for decades on the project doing everything from conceptual design and a street and block plan to three-dimensional modeling and an open space plan. On June 12, 2010, the Alexandria City Council approved the plan. Read more about it in the press release from the City.
