    Mount Olive, New Jersey

What began as an architectural prototype for a versatile warehouse building has now been built twelve times throughout the International Trade Center as part of Cooper, Robertson's comprehensive master plan for the 670-acre site. The plan, which includes a Foreign Trade Zone and an office park, emphasizes the extensive natural features of the site and creates distinct places for the buildings, which range in size from 75,000 to 500,000 square feet. The park-like setting is preserved by placing buildings on only one side of roadways, always with the narrow side facing the road.
