• Baltimore Inner Harbor Master Plan

    In order to improve pedestrian access to the water, this master plan update includes a new streetscape plan to reduce traffic, mitigate physical barriers, and help define public areas using landscape and special paving designs. At critical junctures around the Harbor, the plan reconfigures roads and enlarges public spaces to increase pedestrian access and foster new development.
