    Arlington, Texas

Cooper, Robertson drew up both a long-term vision plan and a detailed conceptual master plan for this new development at the center of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Arlington, Texas. The design organizes a Major League Baseball park (home of the Texas Rangers) and a new football stadium for the Dallas Cowboys around a retail and entertainment center. Integrating retail, residential, hotel, office, educational, and sports venue uses with an extensive open space system, the plan includes a linear park that follows Johnson Creek, an ecologically restored natural stream, as its focal point for all to share and enjoy.
