    Strategic Plan

    Brooklyn, New York

In this new plan for the oldest and largest art school in the U.S., campus entrance points have been reorganized and open spaces have been reexamined, with new building placement adhering to a classic strategy of well-defined edges with clear paths connecting all elements. A new Digital Arts Center and a new Student Affairs building will flank the historic library, making it more prominent. The east end of the campus will be made more visible and accessible through the addition of a new Student Center with a public walkway passing through it and the adjoining recreation center from the main quadrangle.
