Fordham's midtown campus at Lincoln Center at West 60th Street and Columbus Avenue needs expansion and renovation. Our master plan adds 1.5 million square feet to the existing 800,000 square foot campus. Beginning with program development and verification, analysis of physical opportunities of the site, and establishment of design principles, Cooper, Robertson presented a variety of options and developed the preferred option. We also guided the University through the Uniform Land Use Review Process and, in 2009, secured entitlements for future development.
