• Ethical Culture Fieldston School Middle School

    Riverdale, New York

    Cooper, Robertson designed a new Middle School, new athletic facilities (including a new gym and pool), and extensive interior renovations at this private school's Riverdale campus. The new 40,000-square-foot Middle School accommodates 400 students and connects the Lower and Upper Schools, bridging both physical and psychological barriers of the campus's topography. For its many "green" features including two green roofs (one an outdoor science classroom), the project was certified LEED-Silver by The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
