Cooper, Robertson worked closely with CUNY and the College to identify and prioritize essential development projects to meet the needs of an expanding enrollment over the next 10 years. A new 175,000 square foot Interdisciplinary High Performance Computational Research Center, located in the north academic quadrangle, will be a signature project. The plan also includes a range of initiatives to improve campus access, enhance the landscape, strengthen community, and promote a more sustainable campus. The Board of Trustees of The City University of New York unanimously approved the new master plan on April 25, 2010.
