    On central Athens's historic waterfront, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation plans to build a city park with new buildings for both the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera as a gift to the nation. Cooper, Robertson completed a thorough analysis of the 55-acre site, a detailed physical program for the library, the opera house, and the cultural park, site plan alternatives, and a final master plan for the entire Cultural Center.
