    Cincinnati, Ohio

On a hilltop in scenic Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum has grown since its founding in 1887 and now fills its entire site with buildings and parking. Additions over time have virtually hidden its front door and made navigation of both the site and the interior confusing for visitors. Cooper, Robertson devised a space program and a master plan which addresses these problems and details how a new design could also provide for needed growth over the next 20 years on the beautiful but challenging site. One key objective was to restore the park-like setting and make the cars disappear into new underground parking.
