    Gulf County, Florida

This master plan for a resort community along a 4-mile section of St. Joseph Bay on the Gulf of Mexico accommodates 1,662 residential units in a series of villages, 65,000 square feet of commercial space, and amenities including two beach clubs, four pool clubs, an 18-hole golf course, a tennis club, and two fishing piers. A 3.2-mile continuous beach walk runs along the water's edge, connecting two public beach facilities anchoring each end of the site.
