  • › Streetscape Plan in San Francisco

    Cooper, Robertson is working on a master streetscape plan for Hunters Point Shipyard Phase 2 and Candlestick Point, two new mixed-use neighborhoods on San Francisco Bay for Lennar Urban. We are pleased to win another project in Northern California on the heels of our master planning work for Bay Meadows and at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

    Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

    Continuing our work planning the future of Philadelphia’s waterfront, Cooper, Robertson is currently planning the redevelopment of a site on the Schuylkill River for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. This project comes on the heels of the successful completion of our Plan for the Central Delaware Riverfront in Center City Philadelphia.

    Cooper, Robertson continues to assist and guide the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation in the transformation of the city’s waterfront into a public destination.

    Overlooking the Caribbean Sea in the Dominican Republic, Cooper, Robertson is designing a colonial style family compound on the Punta Minitas peninsula using vernacular building traditions and local materials.

    Cooper, Robertson is designing a new facility which will expand the Museum’s mission of education, better display its works, and conserve its collection.

    Cooper, Robertson is preparing a master plan for Georgetown’s 104-acre campus that accommodates substantial academic growth, a coordinated athletics precinct, new residential buildings, as well as improvements in vehicular/pedestrian circulation and parking.
