Our overall vision for the streetscape and public realm of Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point has begun implementation in southeast San Francisco. The plan, led by partner William Kenworthey, AIA furthers place-making and identity building for the 700-acre waterfront site, the surrounding community, and the City as a whole, supporting the development efforts of Lennar Urban. Redevelopment of these two areas will create a new ecologically-sensitive shoreline community featuring waterfront parks, distinctive residential neighborhoods, and much needed commercial and retail uses.
