The first house built at WaterSound Beach is prominently placed on the town green and the main street adjacent to dunes rising 40 feet above the Gulf of Mexico. The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house addresses the green directly with a wrap-around porch and a pair of gabled dormers. With porches, balconies, decks, and a widow’s walk on the roof, the design takes full advantage of the waterfront setting.
