Cooper, Robertson added on to and completed a thorough 'top-down' remodel of this historic cabin, which was moved from one of the towns displaced by the Pepacton Reservoir. By using locally harvested and milled timber where possible, turning a drainage control project into a landscaped swimming pond and using standard building materials in innovative ways, Cooper, Robertson was able to elevate the design of this small space to a level that seems to exceed its modest budget. The result is a secluded, rustic haven in the middle of the woods.
